But then I was thinking, “what reference cards would be useful in church life and administration?”

The handiest cheatsheet we have at my church is:
an up-to-date photo directory of members and friends, with email and all the phone numbers.
But there’s a thought: an avatar-sized photo, with name, best phone and email. One line per member, or even household.
