E-recycling in DC

D.C.-area people should note that the EPA will have having an electronic recycling drive on Sunday, April 20:

But D.C. is also a test site — as are other big cities — for a Postal Service-based appeal for refurbishing and recycling small electronics (think cell phones, MP3 players) using post-paid envelopes participants get at their local post office.
