Labor law posters

Churches are usually employers.

In the United States, churches and other religious organizations are exempt — unwisely I think — are exempt from any number of laws and regulations, but even if they are exempt from labor disclosure laws (and I don’t know if they are) I think fairness and decency obliges church-employers to respond to its employees at least as ethically as a secular employer. (I am not a lawyer; do not take legal advise from me.)

Such posters are for sale, but I don’t feel obliged to buy them. Save your church, organization or business some cash and download them from this site at the Department of Labor.
