The thrust of the comments made me think of a certain other religious emblem. Squint. Is it just me?

Are you saying this resembles the new UUA chalice logo? If so, I’m not seeing it. I squinted, too.
Whose emblem is that?
It’s Lutheran. (My family was nominally Lutheran, so perhaps I’m seeing more in it that need be. Derek, what’s your take?) I see a parallel in the veining in the rose petals with the rays in the new UUA logo. Some people thought the new (renewed) chalice was rather cruciform (for good or bad). The use of blue is noteworthy, too. I should add that, as a logotype, I think Luther’s Rose is way, way too busy and so it also compares with the new UUA logo that way.
