At their General Assembly this year, the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is asking churches to send a chalice (the kind you drink out of) to swap. I’m getting a terrible “white elephant” vibe, but you know there are some potters out there who are quite happy about the news.
Still, it’s a nice thought.
