Miss Manners on frivolous joys and concerns

A buzz went out in the UU ministerial ether. (Were it not a confidential source, I’d make a hat tip. You know who you are.) Seems Judith Martin — everyone’s favorite etiquette columnist, well, mine anyway — as weighed-in on frivolous prayer. The congregation in question could very easily be Unitarian Universalist.

  1. And….do you think in future you could advise people when registration is required to read an entire article, so it doesn’t take us by surprise when we go to read it?
